讲座题目:An Overview of Three-Dimensional Frequency Selective Structures
  主讲人:李波
  时间:5月7日14:00
  地点:本部科研楼712

  讲座简介:
Frequency selective surfaces (FSSs) have been studied over the past five decades, and they have evolved from simple designs to complex geometries known today. This evolution has been mainly driven by the increasingly stringent performance requirements of its recent applications. Progress on FSS has also been motivated by the significant improvements in analysis methods, computational power, and fabrication technology. Based on that, recently, a number of interesting designs have been reported as three-dimensional (3-D) frequency selective structures, which are fundamentally different from the conventional FSSs. 3-D frequency selective structures exhibit many superior performance features, and hence they deserve further research towards the realization of more practical applications. In this talk, we present 3-D frequency selective structure as a distinct and more general class of frequency selective surfaces, review the current state of the research, and propose future explorations.
